cartograf
Why it exists
Modern software stacks become difficult to explain long before they become difficult to build. Important services, libraries, databases, auth providers, and deployment targets disappear into manifest files and institutional memory.
Cartograf scans a public GitHub repository or local folder, classifies the technologies it finds, and renders the complete stack as an interactive radial map. Teams can annotate nodes, label cloud accounts, and compare multiple projects on one zoomable canvas.
The open-source edition runs entirely in the browser and keeps its data local. It supports JavaScript, Python, Ruby, Go, Rust, and PHP projects, giving developers and technology leaders a shared visual language for understanding a system.
